Professional and Premium plans are currently in development and will be launching soon. In the meantime, we encourage every therapist to create a free Basic profile now. When paid plans go live, therapists who already have a profile will receive priority early access and a lifetime discount of 30% off the standard rate — locked in for as long as you remain subscribed.
No contracts, no commitments. Paid plans will be offered on a month-to-month basis, or at a discounted annual rate. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Your profile will remain active on the Basic plan after cancellation so you're never entirely invisible.
Yes. Once paid plans are live, you'll be able to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your therapist dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you always get the full value of what you've paid for.
We will accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH bank transfer for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card information directly on our servers.
Yes, group practice discounts are planned for the paid plan launch. Practices with 3 or more therapists will receive a volume discount applied across all profiles. If you manage a group practice, contact us directly and we'll add you to the group pricing waitlist to be notified first when this option becomes available.
